Our Fitness and Well-being retreats offer enriching experiences to restore and energize individuals physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Whether it involves helping you to eat well, encouraging you to get more active or showing you how to create a better balance in your life. We will reassure your making positive lifestyle changes without it being a difficult or stressful process.
Our retreats are informative, engaging, enjoyable, sustainable, and above all – will achieve tangible results for you on a personal and professional level.
We focus on 5 core sources of energy we need for renewal:
physical (health), emotional (happiness), mental (focus), occupational (meaning), and spiritual (purpose).
If a stressful situation has you ruminating in an exhausting loop, we can help clear those thought patterns so you can approach the problem from a different perspective.
We understand what it feels like to be under pressure to perform at work. During those times, it is all too easy to put work first and slip into bad habits with regards to looking after our own personal well-being. We are here to help you achieve your goals.
We are a comfort-zone-busting experience to give you time for creative thinking.
If you are stuck in a rut or in need of inspiration, we are the answer. We expose you to awe-inspiring scenery with physical exercise while also working your mental muscle.
By the time you finish, you will be left in no doubt that investing in well-being solutions will not only dramatically improve your health, happiness, engagement, energy and motivation, but that it also represents an inspired business decision.
We customize health and fitness retreats to meet your individual goals.

Staff Retreats: What to Cover
To ensure the growth and profitability of your business, you must continuously re-evaluate your goals, business model, plan of attack and focus. But that isn’t all you have to think about. Ultimately, your business will not grow well—meaning both profitably and with a happy, connected staff—if your employees cannot recharge, if they are not inspired or if they have hit competence thresholds that leave them unable to deliver at a new level of business complexity, size or performance.
Initial Retreats: Building a Team.
In general, especially if your company is smaller or younger, use your early retreats to foster closeness among your employees and to help them be clearer and more passionate about the company’s objectives. You want people to identify ways in which the company’s successes fulfill and enrich their own lives. A positive, supportive environment is essential, as success depends on openness, trust and creativity.
Focus on the following:
- celebration of successes
- social cohesion
- stage setters: trust and disclosure
- corporate culture
- company vision
- core values
- team objectives
- mission statement
- goal setting
- business plans
- leadership training
- customer service training
Ongoing Retreats: Navigating Change.
With a bigger staff, more business deliverables and more customers to service, what worked before will no longer suffice. Taking a purposeful pause at each step of growth allows you to review the past; acknowledge and celebrate successes; indentify gaps among people, processes and the company vision; plan for the future; and establish improved “go-forward” guidelines for systems and staff. Take care of people and they will take care of the business.
Include these steps:
- Acknowledge and celebrate successes.
- Integrate new staff with veterans.
- Identify challenges.
- Close gaps between people, processes and vision.
- Connect daily roles to vision.
- Address maturing systems, processes and people.
- Provide clarity on new offerings, new partnership deliverables, etc.
- Give divisional reports and key performance indicators.
- Reach clarity on the way forward.
