Kate Mulcahy is principal of Brand New Discovery, Inc., a coaching and consulting firm for career professionals who want to fully optimize their personal and professional life. Mulcahy is known for guiding professionals in developing their personal brand to communicate confidently, authoritatively and effectively across a variety of audiences. Her expertise stems from 20 years of global communication strategy and working closely with senior leadership to maximize their leadership priorities, programs and initiatives.
Mulcahy identifies wellness strategies for professionals to retain an engaged, healthy and productive work-life. She has extensive experience with directing individuals during times of transition to a healthier lifestyle by providing solutions, accountability and motivation. Her consulting and coaching experience includes entrepreneurs, executives, and college students.

As an endurance athlete and mother of a young adult, she understands the challenges, the commitment and insight needed to create new habits and a positive mindset. Kate knows work-life stress manifests itself on the physical side and she works with individuals to identify well-being solutions.
Mulcahy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College, is certified in Leadership Arts from the University of Chicago and is a personal trainer with National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition, Kate holds the position of International Scouting Chair for the Boy Scouts of America in Chicago and Northwest Indiana.

Joanne Callahan guides individuals and teams to make wiser well-being decisions by sharing her wisdom to bring grief out of the darkness and into the light. Joanne is a well-loved Occupational Therapist providing insights into the areas of psychosocial dysfunction and physical rehabilitation.
Callahan is currently interviewing women and men for her book, What’s your secret? to uncover their wisdom for aging well. Joanne earned her degree from the University of Wisconsin.
As a mother, she understands the greatest joy and sorrow of motherhood. She founded Be More Be Jack in honor of her late son, to share and assist others on the journey to bring grief out of the darkness and into the light.
As a motivational speaker, shares lessons learned from motherhood and working in the rehabilitation industry. Inspired by her son who is launching into his professional life to make a difference in the world and by her daughter’s resiliency to train as U.S.A. Para- triathlete and Ironman. Motivated by family, she co-founded the Claddagh Foundation, which supports spinal cord research and adaptive sports programs.
Dina Castillo develops licensed fitness programs, including a program accredited by the American Council on Exercise. She guides employees to make wiser health and fitness decisions using her certification in strength and conditioning specialist (NSCACSCS) and earned a degree in Exercise & Sports Science from the University of Wisconsin.
Castillo has built wellness programs and coached employees for Harpo Studios, Aon Insurance, Federal Aviation Administration, Wirtz Beverage and Grubb & Ellis.
As a mother, she understands the demands of work-life balance and is certified as a Perinatal Fitness Instructor – Healthy Moms. Dina has been recognized for Bodybuilding competitions and is currently pursuing IFBB Pro status. In addition, she is in the process to become a master trainer with Bosu. Dina is TRX Certified-Fitness Anywhere, National D License Soccer Coach-USSF and has represented the USA as a Sports Ambassador, leading a team of youth athletes to compete internationally. CPR and AED Certified – American Red Cross.
Brendan Cournane is a USATF- and RRCA-certified running coach who has helped more than 5,000 runners reach their marathon goals. He has completed 89 marathons, including each of the 50 States and all 7 Continents. Brendan has qualified for the Boston Marathon in over a dozen years and has completed Boston 7 times. Coach Brendan blends his knowledge and experience to offer runners training programs to reach their goals. Whether you are an elite runner or if you haven’t run in years, Coach Brendan can make you better. His training is built on helping you develop good running form to improve your efficiency.
